Plans and refunds

Here is how billing, our guarantee and refunds work, in plain words.

Billing

• Postcard: $19 a month, USD (founding price; new sign-ups pay $25 after launch)
• Watch: $29 a month, USD (founding price; new sign-ups pay $39 after launch)
• Special Delivery: $149 a month, USD (founding price; new sign-ups pay $199 after launch)

Every plan is monthly, with no annual option for now. Your plan is free until November 1, which is your first charge date. Nothing is charged before then. Checkout shows the exact date of your first charge before you enter a card. If you join at a founding price, that price stays locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.

All-Green Guarantee

Watch and Special Delivery come with the All-Green Guarantee. If your setup checks aren't all passing by your first charge, we skip that charge and keep working until they are. You don't need to ask. Reply to our setup email if you have questions. The guarantee applies when we can make or check the changes, so it needs you to approve the DNS changes we send you or let us apply them. If something outside our reach blocks a check, such as a provider that doesn't allow the change, we will tell you and skip the charge until it's sorted.

Refunds

This is separate from the All-Green Guarantee and covers every plan. Within 14 days of your first charge, email hello@howyguard.comfor any reason and you'll get a full refund of that charge. The 14 days start on the day you're first billed, not the day you sign up.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@howyguard.com. Cancel before November 1 and you are never charged.
