Howy only reads public records that anyone can see, and nothing gets sent to your address.

These settings can break quietly, usually during a website move or a change of IT help, and nobody notices until a client asks about a strange email. Pick a plan and Howy runs the checks for you, then emails a short report with anything that changed and how to fix it.

Every plan is billed monthly in US dollars, your first month is free, and nothing is charged before we launch. Reports arrive by email, so there's no dashboard or login to remember yet.

What the three settings mean

Every practice email address has three public settings behind it, and together they decide whether a fake email gets through to your clients.

SPF
The approved senders listIt names the services allowed to send email as your practice, like your email provider or your booking system.
DKIM
The email signatureYour real emails carry a hidden stamp that inboxes can check, so they know a message really came from you.
DMARC
The rule for fakesIt tells inboxes to junk or refuse email that fails the other two, and without it, fakes still get delivered.
